MIDNIGHT RAYDIANCE

The moon bleach-blue the sky
White light
Less bright
As sunbeam's
Second-hand gleam
Wipes clean
The starry night

Like dawn on pause
Or dusk
Clenched in timeless jaws
Day's superficial rays
Lay luminescence
To an otherwise
Clear, black haze
