Yes, at the 2004 DNC the first ammedment only applies to a restricted
area surrounded by concrete barriers, two fences, razor wire, riot

Standing in the shadow of the Bunker
Hill memorial brigde, one has to wonder if this is what our forefathers
envisioned as they defeated the British a mile from here. The famous
battle of Bunker Hill was one of many battles for freedom in this
country. Obviously that battle has not yet been won.

Despite the measures, no major riots
erupted and most Boston residents got a chance to work from home
for a few days. Even though it felt like a war zone, a resounding
peace flowed through the crowd. Now if we can only get a Commander-in-Chief
that will listen to the message.
